Assistant Site Manager - Chelmsford
Are you a Junior Site Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you looking for a new project to make your mark on? We are currently looking for an Assistant site manager to work for an outstanding company in Chelmsford, Essex. As an assistant site manager, you will be required to efficiently support the site manager with day to day activities of a designated project. You will ensure that client satisfaction, health and safety and quality control are maintained to the highest standard.
About the role / project / company
The company is a award winning 5* house builder & have multiple regions within the UK.
They have grown nationwide in the last few years and are continuing to grow on both their housing and partnerships divisions.
The ideal candidate
Experience working a Assistant Site Manager on housing projects.
2 years experience
Must have high end spec & finishing experience
Ideally RC Frame and Traditional Build experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel skills
