Assistant Site Manager - West Sussex

Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you looking for a new project to make your mark on? We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work for an outstanding company in West Sussex as an Assistant Site Manager, you will be required to efficiently support the site manager with day to day activities of a designated project. You will ensure that client satisfaction, health and safety and quality control are maintained to the highest standard.

About the role / project / company

The company is a niche developer that has been established over 20 years with projects ranging from 1 off houses through to 20 luxury houses. They are looking for an Assistant to initial work alongside a Site Manager on a scheme of 20no 3 and 4 bedroom houses  and a commercial unit. Once this site has been completed they will then be tasked with running their own scheme as a Site Manager.

The ideal candidate

• At least 3 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager

• Hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates

• Excellent communication skills

• Previously worked on housing schemes

Benefits:

• Salary up to 43,000 p.a. Plus package

• Car allowance
