Assistant Site Manager - West Sussex

Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you looking for a new project to make your mark on? We are currently looking for a site manager to work for an outstanding company in west Sussex. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be required to efficiently support the Senior Site Manager with projects ensuring that operations run smoothly and client satisfaction, health and safety and quality control are maintained to the highest standards.

The client is a long established, 5*  national developer that produces over 10,000 homes per year. They are looking to recruit Assistant Site Managers for projects in West Sussex where typical projects consist of traditional build houses and apartments and range from 50 to 300 units per site.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with a national developer as well as fully understanding the requirements to complete units to the NHBC guidelines and standards.
