​​Engage are working alongside a national developer who is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee 3 sites in Hampshire.

As mentioned the client is a national developer whose portfolio of projects range from 70 - 300 units and predominantly traditional build. The client is eager to bring someone on board as soon as possible with 2 of the 3 sites starting this quarter and therefore they are interviewing immediately.

The ideal candidate for this role will be in the current role of Contracts Manager for a large developer on sites similar to those mentioned. They will have experience of managing teams and ideally have award winning sites under their guidance.

A salary of up to £90,000 p.a plus a generous benefits package is on offer.
