Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity? Or has one of your projects recently finished and you’d like a new company to make your mark with? An outstanding construction company in Surrey is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them to support new and existing projects.

About the role / project / company

The client has been established over 20 years and has an excellent reputation. They are a niche developer with the majority of their development being low to mid rise apartment blocks.  They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on board 3 to 4 jobs running concurrently as well as overseeing some of the buying functions

• They are nationwide

• Large pipeline of work

The ideal candidate

• Will have previously worked with a residential developer

• Worked on blocks of apartments

• Excellent communication and Excel skills

• Ability to use your initiative

•
