​Quantity Surveyor - Essex

Are you an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up? Or has one of your projects recently finished and you’d like a new company to make your mark with? An outstanding construction company based in Essex is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them to support new and existing projects.

About the role / projects / company

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to manage 2-3 developments ranging from 4 to 30 units, all beautiful, high quality homes in sought after locations around Essex.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in some truly stunning developments and work with a very welcoming team.

The ideal candidate

• Role specific qualification

• 3 - 4 years surveying experience

• Excellent communication and Excel skills

• Ability to use your initiative

• Traditional build houses and apartments project experience
