Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role? Or has one of your projects recently finished and you’d like a new company to make your mark with? An outstanding construction company in Surrey s looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them to support new and existing projects.

About the role / project / company

An established developer, the client has a number of sites starting in 2023 and therefore looking to add to their team. Typical projects range from a small, high spec development of 5 houses through to a town centre apartment schemes. 

The ideal candidate

• A minimum, of 5 years experience working with a developer

• Excellent communication and Excel skills

• Ability to use your initiative

• Need to work on traditional build houses and apartments

Benefits:

• Salary up to £70,000 p.a. Plus package
