​Senior Quantity Surveyor - Chertsey, Surrey

An outstanding construction company in Chertsey is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them to support remedial works on existing projects.

About the role / project / company

An established builder with over 55 years experience within the industry, producing quality new homes and communities throughout the South East. Working within a specialist team, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in remedial and upgrade works on residential properties focusing on fire regulations on apartment buildings.

The ideal candidate

• Qualifications needed: Aligned to Senior Surveyor level within the industry.

• Years of experience: 5+ years

• Excellent communication and Excel skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Need to work on a particular type of project: Remedial works particularly fire upgrade works but not essential

• Knowledge of JCT form of contract
