Site Manager - St Johns Wood
Are you looking for a new project to make your mark on? We are currently looking for a Senior Site manager to work for an outstanding company on a project in St Johns Wood. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be required to efficiently manage the project, ensuring that operations run smoothly and client satisfaction, health and safety and quality control are maintained to the highest standards reporting directly to the Directors.
About the role
My client is a high end residential developer that build luxury houses and apartments in and around the Hertfordshire and London area.
They are a well established local developer with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry with the luxury company being passed down through family generations. They have built up an enviable reputation for constructing homes of quality and excellence.
The project in based in St Johns Wood, and is a project they have been asked to complete all of the interal refurb of a multi million pound home.
The ideal candidate
Experience working as a No1 Senior Site Manager
Experience on high end projects
Refurb experience to a high standard
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel skills
Benefits:
Salary up to £80,000
