​​Engage Construction are currently assisting a specialist high specification developer in the recruitment of a Senior Site Manager for a brand new forthcoming project they have in the Surrey area. Focusing on a high quality product in and around the southern home counties they excel in producing homes of the highest quality and not only create brand new homes but also also work on refurbishment projects creating new areas to live in older buildings As Senior Site Manager you will be tasked with leading a project, completing site inspections, and monitoring the overall progress of the site before feeding it back to the Construction Manager you will be reporting into. You will also be responsible for all Health and Safety being maintained on site and making sure all subcontractors are performing the daily tasks on site. To be considered for this position a background in residential development is essential with a preferable mix of both new build and refurbishment experience.
