Site Manager - Hampshire

Are you a Site Manager looking for the next step in your career? Are you looking for a new project to make your mark on? We are currently looking for a site manager to work for an outstanding company in Hampshire As a Site Manager, you will be required to efficiently support the Senior Site Manager with projects ensuring that operations run smoothly and client satisfaction, health and safety and quality control are maintained to the highest standards.

About the role / project / company

The company is a top 4 developer that has been established for a number of years. With a regional office near Southampton, the business has a large land bank covering Hampshire, Dorset and Winchester and is looking to grow over the next few years. The opportunity is for a Site Manager to work underneath a Project Manager to oversee a phase of traditional build houses. Taking the phases from out of the ground to customer handover, the successful candidate will ensure that quality is met and units finished to a high standard

The ideal candidate

  • SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are a prerequisite

  • Will have worked on fast paced schemes

  • Traditional build experience
