Technical Coordinator - Bedford
Are you a Technical Coordinator looking for a new opportunity within a successful team? We have an opportunity in Bedford, working on projects that require you to have great development coordination, planning and technical skills providing support to the team on larger-scale projects. As Technical Coordinator, you’ll support elements of site delivery from conception to completion.
About the role / project / company
A Technical Coordinator is required to work within a team responsible for a new low volume development based in Bedfordshire working for a privately owned, growing developer who specialise in building low volume, quality homes throughout Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate
Qualifications needed: MCIOB or working towards MCIOB (desirable)
Years of experience: 1- years working as Coordinator or 3-4 as an Assistant Coordinator
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel skills
Need to work on a particular type of project: RC Frame/Traditional Build/ETC
